The hallway leads to the studio’s open floor plan living room, dining room, and kitchen.

The concrete floor is complete with radiant heating. Next to the kitchen is a separate set of stairs to a small workspace loft. In the back of the kitchen, there is a door that leads to the interior of the H&H studio building. Second-Story Bedroom: A sliding barn door leads to a set of stairs up to the bedroom.

This thoughtfully-built space has an open floor plan, with the bedroom separated by a pony wall from the bathroom, bathtub, toilet, and washer/dryer. There is a set of French doors that open to Holden Street onto a small plant-sized balcony.
